This stuff is incredible; I never want to run out.
Initially I wanted to add protein and collagen to my pregnancy diet and when I found this clean product I've never looked back. It tastes better than usual commercial junk hot chocolate and has all the benefits. Another reason I love it is because I can just add hot water instead of milk. Tried these bars as we were recommended by a relative. He said the collagen was helping his pain he has in his shoulder due to an injury at work. My husband and I both suffer from pain from injuries so were keen to try it. I'm loving the Cashew Shortbread and my husband's favourite is the Double Choc from the Choc coated variety box. We are only a few weeks in and not sure if it is a placebo effect, but both of us feel like it has changed our pain levels slightly. The other great benefit is that it is not only filling but really stops the sugar cravings and I am a huge sugar eater so loving this. Hoping we can adjust our budget to be able to get these for a daily fix. The Variety Boxes are also a great way to try all the flavours and see which ones you are wanting.

I was expecting it to not be that tasty or be a bit powdery but it genuinely tastes delicious. Not powdery - just like real hot chocolate. And as it’s dark chocolate it’s not too sweet. I have it as my dessert drink every day with dinner and if I’m low on my protein goal for the day, I lob it into yoghurt, overnight oats or quick oats for breaky. Because it’s so good I now also have a subscription for the unflavoured also that I add to my morning coffee. With the subscription it’s SO easy.

The best way to describe the taste would be like a nut butter biscuit. They're sweet but they’re very low in sugar because we use a natural sweetener (monk fruit). We avoid stevia because it can have a lingering aftertaste.

Collagen is an odourless, tasteless, dairy free protein source that's a co-product of beef. We like it because it's a great environmentally friendly option and easier on the gut than other proteins like whey. There's also a bunch of new research suggesting it's beneficial for gut health, joint and tendon health, recovery and hair, skin and nails.

Yes! We don't market them as a "keto" product because strict ketosis followers might have an issue with the small amount of maple syrup in them (which is negligible, contributing <0.5g of sugar per bar) but we have designed the bars in consultation with nutritionists and keto experts who have confirmed they very much qualify as, and are recommended by those experts as, keto friendly.
