1 egg
1 tbsp ricotta cheese [swap for coconut yoghurt if dairy-free]
2 tbsp Chief Collagen Protein [Creamy Vanilla OR Dark Chocolate]
1/3 cup milk of choice
½ tsp gluten-free baking powder
1/3 cup raspberries
¼ cup shredded coconut + extra to garnish
*Use Chief Creamy Vanilla Chief Collagen Protein
½ tsp organic almond extract
¼ cup flaked almonds + extra to garnish
1 tbsp yoghurt [to garnish]

1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp roasted peanuts, to garnish
*Use Chief Dark Chocolate Collagen Protein
Pre heat your oven to 180° C fan-forced. Place 1 x small round oven-proof glass container on your kitchen bench OR triple the recipe if you’re meal prepping your breakfast for the week. [keep in mind they only last for 3 days, so don’t make more than 3 days worth].
Add egg, ricotta, milk, collagen protein, and baking powder. Mix with a fork to combine.
Now add your flavour, add to a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool [approx. 10 mins] garnish with remaining toppings. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days for meal prep.
