Dr Christabelle Yeoh is an integrative medicine physician with a master's degree in nutrition. She was a director and past president of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) and is an active member of the teaching faculty.
Christabelle practices at Genbiome in Sydney, and her special interests are gut health, brain health and fatigue. She works with her patients to optimise their biophysical and mitochondrial health, digestive function, microbiome and brain performance.
We invited Dr Yeoh on for the second time to dig deeper into biohacking, biostacking, mould illness, aging, and environmental toxins such as EMFs, ultraprocessed foods, glyphosate, and more.
We discuss:
- EMFs, their impact on human health and how to protect ourselves
- Ultraprocessed foods, glyphosate, meat and the importance of choosing organic produce
- The impact of cosmetic injectables on health
- Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome or mould illness
- Innovative biohacking and biostacking tols that are not commonly known
- Ice baths for mitochondrial rejuvenation and inflammation and how they can benefit women
