Peppermint bark was one of my favourite Christmas treats growing up. I used to love the candy cane crunch on top so much! This version gives that same nostalgic minty snap but made with real, whole food ingredients. The homemade white chocolate feels so creamy and luxe, the mint makes it ridiculously addictive, and it’s the perfect festive sweet that still feels clean and nourishing.
100 g cacao butter, chopped
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days, or freezer for 1 month. Best served cold for a crisp, snappy texture
